Pay the Tuition
and Course Book Fees |

The tuition fee
is $30.00 per person. The Course Book Fee may vary based
on the |

| 3. |
Receive Course Book, Course Exam, and Complete the Course: |
|

Read through the course material and answer questions
based upon your reading of the Course Book.
|

|
|
| 4. |
Complete the open book test and mail the Examination packet to
Service First for grading and certificate preparation.
|
|
| |
You must receive a score of at least 80% to receive approved
clock hours. Upon successful completion of the course, a
certificate will be mailed to you.

work, you can e-mail, fax or telephone our instructors. If you
have questions or need
help with a course, we will be happy to help you via e-mail or
phone. |

| 5. |
You will receive a certificate within 3
to 5 business days upon receipt of your examination packet if
you score at least 80%.
|
|
| |
If the score is less than 80%, you will be given a second chance
to re-read the materials and re-do the examination at no
additional cost.
