1.  Enroll in the course, purchase the course book, and pay the tuition fee which
      includes the certificate. The examination will be shipped with the course book(s).

      1-3 participants can use one course book;       4 to 6 participants - two course books;
      7 to 9 participants - three  course books;       10-12 participants - four course books;
      13-15 participants - five course books;           16-18 participants - six course books.
 

2.  Please mail the completed examination to Service First for review and scoring.
     The tuition is $38.00 per person per course.   

3.  You will receive a certificate within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of your
 completed examination. A score of at least 80% is required in order to receive
 credit for the correspondence course. If the score is less than 80%, you will be
 given a second chance to re-read the material and re-do the examination at no
 additional cost. 

      Before mailing, make a copy of your completed examination for your records.

4.  Service First Education and Training will keep an official transcript of your 

      correspondence training hours for three years from the date of issuance of
      your certificate.
