The examination will be shipped with the course book(s).

3. A score of at least
80%
is required in order to receive credit for the correspondence course.
If the score is
less than 80%,
you will be given a second chance to re-read the material and
re-do the examination at no additional cost.
4. Service First Education and Training
will keep an official transcript of your correspondence
training hours for three years from the date of issuance
of your certificate.
